Upon quote acceptance we prepare a formal scope of work for our cleaners to follow.

We prepare a cleaning schedule which is left at your premises which our staff use to record work done. Clients can also use it to record feedback or lodge special cleaning requirements in addition to the scope or work.

Monthly, one of our supervisors meets with you to review work done and address any matters.
